The versatile Jazz of the Andre St. James Trio is created by Andre on acoustical bass, known nation-wide and living in Portland; Frank Tribble on Guitar, a well-known favorite at Portland's Benson hotel and Nick Saume, drummer and percussionist, in-demand for his brushwork and flavorful style. You can catch the trio playing around the Portland Metro Area.

shanrock and aloft portland host trivia tuesday. mix, mingle, and tease your brain with trivia tuesdays. trivia is free to play, last a couple of hours, and are composed of seven short rounds, giving teams instant gratification for their efforts. team size can range from one - five players, with prizes for everyone on the winning team. questions are thoroughly researched and cover a wide variety of topics. visit their website at shanrockstrivia.com.
"twilight" is the new happy hour
twilight @ w xyz offers a new twist to happy hour. it starts with an opening ritual which is a unique opportunity creating a signature moment where w xyz formally transitions from day to night. In addition, twilight features a series of unique components, from exciting visuals to the unexpected, while creating a cool hip vibe where guests mix, meet and mingle over signature cocktails, a game of pool or snacks from the bar menu.
